Our Syrah is a dark, full bodied and very well extracted wine with juicy fruit flavors sweetened with a dash of oak. It rises into complexity with the mélange of decadent cherry, earth and cocoa flavors. Polished and soft in texture, the lush fruit is wrapped in easy tannins and soft acids and is charming for its dry opulence that finishes firmly dry with a long aftertaste of spice. This wine desperately needs a big, thick cut of meat to complement it. Try it with a sirloin steak.
