2006 "Kentucky Blue" Vidal Blanc

You’ll like this wine for its easy drinkability.  It is a brisk, tart wine that scours the palate with lemony flavors and leaves the throat feeling fresh and clean.  The vibrancy of its lines and the sleek acidic structure are softened by a very slight residual sugar in the finish. Its subtle mineral-like core framed in hints of citrus, melon and herbs gets the job done when you need a serviceable wine. Pair this wine with a lovely Pasta with Basil and Cream Pesto and relax after a hard day.
