It is low in alcohol with acidity that thoroughly cleanses the palate and finishes with a honeyed richness that lasts a long time.  This wine’s pure fruit and floral aromas and flavors create a delicious juxtaposition with complex Asian dishes where chilies, soy sauce, garlic and other bold seasonings create vivid contrasting flavors often within the same dish.
