Cooking Classes at Elk Creek Vineyards Mediterranean Summer Supper with Chef Loria Eastman-Tilden June 14th 3 to 9pm Participants will work with guest chef, Loria Eastman-Tilden, to prepare a four course dinner, pair it with wines and enjoy eating it together. The class will be limited to 8 participants. Spouses or friends may join the class for the meal portion of the event at an additional price. Participants will purchase their own wines from available Elk Creek Vineyards selections. Lodging accommodations are limited so book early if you want to spend the night. Chef Loria Eastman-Tilden maintains a very busy schedule serving as a Personal and Corporate Chef to families and businesses in the Frankfort area where she was born and raised. Upon graduation from Sullivan University's National Center for Hospitality Studies, she served as Sous Chef at the Governor's Mansion and Chef for the Department of Parks. Loria's focus in her cuisine is on heart healthy cooking and making use of products raised or cultivated locally enabling her to bring the freshest products to her table.
