2008 Estate Chardonelle
In the style of a traditional white Burgundy, this Estate Chardonelle is barrel-aged in 100% new French oak puncheons. Apple and grapefruit mingle with the smoky aromas of barrel aging to create an elegant wine. Soft textures from the malolactic fermentation, combined with the depth of fruit from our Kentucky soil, bring out the opulent character of our Chardonelle.
