Q: How do I join the Elk Creek Vineyards Wine Club?

Q: How much does the Wine Club Membership Cost?

A: There are two different plans. One is the Gold and the other is the Platinum. While membership is free, you do need to provide a credit card number to join. One time every quarter Gold Club members will receive three (3) bottles of wine. Platinum Club members will receive six (6) bottles of wine each quarter. The type of wine club members receive is based on the preferences listed on the membership enrollment form. Members can elect to have the wine shipped to them or pick up at the Winery. In the event you want to have your wine shipped, you would pay for the wine (less your club discount) plus ground shipping. The cost of our wine ranges from $9.99 to $39.99 per bottle.

Q: How do I know when the quarterly shipments will be made?

A: Club members are notified by email when shipments are made. If you do not have an email address, a phone call will be made.

Q: Can I choose my own wines?

A: Unless you are able to pick up your wine at the winery (at which time you would make your own selection from the available wines that quarter), the wines we ship to club members are selected based on the preferences as stated on the membership enrollment form.

Q: Is it possible to receive my shipment at any time during the quarter?

A: Unfortunately not. Once the quarterly wine allocation has been made, we have a two week window for shipment to be made (or picked up at the Winery). Club members can of course purchase wine at any time and receive their club discount.

Q: What happens if I don't pick up my wine within the two week window?

A: We will ship your wine to you at the address provided.

Q: What wines are included with each shipment?

A: The newest releases based on the preferences stated on your enrollment form (White, Red, Sweet or Dry).

Q: Can I purchase an entire year of wine at one time? For example, I am a Gold member can I purchase 12 wines at one time?

A: Unfortunately not. Our wine club program has been designed to coincide with our bottling schedule.

Q: What are the benefits of enrolling in the Elk Creek Vineyards Wine Club other than receiving quarterly shipments?

A: All club members receive two free wine glasses when joining, first notification of new releases and free wine tasting of all new releases. In addition, they receive invitations to our private barrel tastings and discounts on all special event tickets.
