4:00 Class Members and their guests gather in the winery for wine pairing and discussion
5:00 Class Members move to Lodge to begin cooking
7:30 Class Members and Guests may be seated for the meal
9:00 Class Concludes
Participants will work with Chef Penny Behnes, to prepare a meal, pair with Elk Creek wines and enjoy eating them together. The class will be limited to 25 participants. Spouses or friends may join the class for the meal portion of the event at an additional price.
Participants will purchase their own wines from available Elk Creek Vineyards selections. Lodging accommodations are limited so book early if you want to spend the night.
