The perfect gift for the Wine enthusiast on your list!

Our Virtual Gift Cards can be used just like money here on our website. They can also be used for purchases in-person at the Winery in Owenton, KY. or at any of our three Kiosk locations. The Virtual Gift Card Key ID will be emailed to you immediately after checkout through e-mail.

Note: There will not be an actual shipment or physical gift card sent to you. You will receive your Gift Card ID, in your e-mail which is the gift certificate itself.

You can then send or give the unique Gift Card Key ID to anyone you'd like as a gift. If you're going to use it at the Winery, be sure to print out the Gift Card Key ID email and present it to the cashier at the point of sale at the winery.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Elk Creek Vineyards.com Virtual Gift Card:

• Virtual Gift Cards are treated the same as cash on http://www.elkcreekvineyards.com and the winery in Owenton, KY.
• Virtual Gift Cards are valid for online purchases at www.ElkCreekVineyards.com AND for purchases made at the Winery (simply present the Gift Card Key ID number to the cashier at the point of sale).
• Sales of Virtual Gift Cards are non-refundable. All sales final.
• Virtual Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, nor can they be returned for a cash refund.
• Virtual Gift Card actual cash value is 1/10 of one cent.
• The Virtual Gift Card is immediately redeemable upon receipt of the Virtual Gift Card e-mail notification (we send it immediately to the purchaser upon order completion).
• Sales tax is applicable on any merchandise purchased with a Virtual Gift Card.
• Delivery to an incorrect but deliverable e-mail address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
• Delivery to a non-existent e-mail address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
• Elk Creek Vineyards is not responsible for lost or stolen Virtual Gift Cards.
• Discount Coupons may not be used with the purchase a Virtual Gift Card.
• Virtual Gift Cards do not expire. No monthly fees.

Kentucky Winemaking Tradition Continues

In 1798, Kentucky was the site of America's first commercial vineyard planted by the winemaker for the Marquis de Lafeyette. By the late 1800's, Kentucky was the third largest grape and wine producer in the United States. Then came Prohibition which hit the Kentucky wine industry hard just like it did in many other states. Many of the vineyards then in Kentucky were either uprooted and converted to cash crops or they were abandoned. Today of course the story is much different. There are many Kentucky wineries where visitors can enjoy wine tours and tastings. And Elk Creek Vineyards is leading the region for Kentucky vineyards and Kentucky wine. We're proud to be the largest winery in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Elk Creek Vineyards is nestled among the rolling hills of Kentucky in Owenton, KY. We established Elk Creek Vineyards in 2003 believing that the only way to make great wines is to intimately know what grows best on Kentucky soil.
