THE LODGE The Elk Creek Lodge, with four queen bedrooms & one king bedroom, can be reserved individually or entirely for group gatherings. Rates include a continental breakfast. The recreation room in the basement includes a pool table, fireplace, television, bar and meeting room. Lunch and dinner are also available from our seasonal menu.

THE CLUBHOUSE The Elk Creek Clubhouse has five queen bedrooms which share three bathrooms. Rooms can be reserved individually or the entire Clubhouse can be reserved for group gatherings. Rate includes continental breakfast.

THE INN The Elk Creek Inn has three queen bedrooms. One bedroom is downstairs with a private bath. There are two rooms upstairs which share a bathroom and can be rented together or individually. A continental breakfast is included with stay.

THE ESTATE ROOMS The new Elk Creek Estate Rooms has six individual queen bedrooms with their own outside entry. Lavish walk-in tile showers complete the serenity in each room. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Continental breakfast is included.

RESERVATIONS Check-in is from 4-6pm. Late arrival must be arranged in advance. Check-out is 11am. Individual room cancellations require 3 day notice or a $75 service fee will be charged. Weekdays are Sunday through Thursday. Weekends are Friday and Saturday. Except where noted, breakfast is included with all Lodge and Inn rates. Breakfast at the Lodge is served at 8am and dinner at 7pm.

Kentucky Winemaking Tradition Continues

In 1798, Kentucky was the site of America's first commercial vineyard planted by the winemaker for the Marquis de Lafeyette. By the late 1800's, Kentucky was the third largest grape and wine producer in the United States. Then came Prohibition which hit the Kentucky wine industry hard just like it did in many other states. Many of the vineyards then in Kentucky were either uprooted and converted to cash crops or they were abandoned. Today of course the story is much different. There are many Kentucky wineries where visitors can enjoy wine tours and tastings. And Elk Creek Vineyards is leading the region for Kentucky vineyards and Kentucky wine. We're proud to be the largest winery in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Elk Creek Vineyards is nestled among the rolling hills of Kentucky in Owenton, KY. We established Elk Creek Vineyards in 2003 believing that the only way to make great wines is to intimately know what grows best on Kentucky soil.
