Domestic Shipping
Orders of $100 or more qualify for FREE UPS Ground shipping to addresses within the continental US. We offer shipping via UPS and USPS - your choice. Shipping and handling charges are calculated during checkout based on the method of shipping you selected, your address and the number of items in your shopping cart combined with the total weight. Details of our domestic shipping options can be found below.
International Shipping
We have partnered with iShopUSA - a trusted third-party company to fulfill orders for our international customers. If you live outside the United States, you may now purchase from our website. Simply place any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "International Checkout" option which appears at the bottom of the shopping cart page. The items will automatically be transferred into an iShopUSA cart. To complete the transaction, simply follow the instructions on the iShopUSA website.
International customers may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. iShopUSA will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquires about your order should be directed to the iShopUSA Customer Service Department.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS
We currently offer UPS and USPS shipping. Following is a description of each of the shipping methods offered by each carrier.
United Parcel Service (aka "UPS")
Ground: The is the least expensive method UPS offers. The amount of time it will take to reach you depends on where you live. Delivery times typically take 2-6 days. Delivery is on weekdays only (no holidays). If you live east of the Mississippi River, we suggest selecting this option as it provides the best value in terms of cost plus trackability.
3 Day Select: As the name suggests, orders shipped this way will arrive in 3 busines days after they leave our warehouse. Delivery is on weekdays only (no holidays).
2nd Day Air: Also known as "Blue Label", orders shipped this way will arrive in 2 business days after they leave our warehouse. Delivery is on weekdays only (no holidays).
Next Day Air: Also known as "Red Label", orders shipped this way will arrive in 1 business day (afternoon) after they leave our warehouse. Delivery is on weekdays only (no holidays).
UPS will accept deliveries to Street Addresses only. As such, if your shipment is to a PO Box, APO/FPO/Military address, you must use USPS.
United States Postal Service (USPS)
Priority Mail: Sorry. As of November 10, 2006 we no longer offer Priority Mail shipping as it is not a traceable means of shipping.
Express Mail: Express Mail typically arrives within 1 or 2 days of when your package leaves our warehouse. Express Mail provides a tracking number and is therefore traceable. Also, Express Mail is the only service that deliveries 365 days per year so if you want your package to be delivered even on a weekend or holiday, Express Mail is the only option to choose.

We DO NOT guarantee delivery by a specific date. The shipping time frames stated for each of our shipping options is the estimated number of days it will take for you to receive your order AFTER your order leaves our warehouse (time of shipment) and NOT the number of days after you place your order. While in most cases we are able to ship within 1 - 3 business days of when the order is placed, we can not guarantee it.
In all shipping options “Business Days” are defined as weekdays, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Sorry, no international shipping at this time.
