Welcome to Elk Creek Tasting Room! We provide a delightful setting for wine tasting and offer a FREE winery tour on Friday & Saturday at 4pm. Please note that we are closed on Mondays.
Our knowledgeable staff is here to guide you through a variety of wines. Our flights include your choice of 4 two-ounce pours of wine, which you can enjoy at your table. It's a great option for sharing! $14 for a sweet flight and $16 each for a dry flight, and are available on demand whenever the winery is open. Reservations are not required for tastings, except for Classic Tour Package holders or groups of 20 or more. If you fall into either of these categories, please contact us to set up an appointment. This way, we can ensure that we have enough staff to accommodate everyone.
If you have a group of 10 or more, we offer Private Tour and Tasting Packages. To secure your reservation, please email info@ecvwinery.com. Availability may be limited based on time and date.
$40 per person plus tax and service charge. This package includes a private winery tour, a wine flight for each guest, and Cheese and Cracker platters to enjoy with your flights. The duration of the package is approximately 1 to 1-1/2 hours (minimum of 10 people or $400 minimum).
$70 per person plus tax and gratuity. This package includes a private winery tour, a wine flight for each guest, one glass of wine, and our lunch buffet. The lunch buffet consists of Caesar salad, soup of the day, half portions of 2 types of sandwiches, pasta salad, and dessert (minimum of 10 people or $700).
For a minimum of 15 people, you can enjoy the Elk Creek Experience. This package includes a private tour of the winery, personal instruction and wine tasting experience, cheese and crackers, light hors d'oeuvres, and chocolates. The cost is $75 per person, excluding tax.
We require a 10% non-refundable deposit to secure the event date, and full payment with the final guest count is due 10 days prior to your event. Additionally, a 20% Service Fee and 6% sales tax will be added to all invoiced events. Prices are based on service at Elk Creek Vineyards during business hours. If you prefer delivery to the Hunt Club or Lodge, an additional $25 delivery fee will apply.
Flights are available on demand whenever the winery is open. You do not generally need reservations for tastings; however, if you have a Classic Tour Package from a fundraiser or a group of 20 or more, we ask that you Contact Us to set up an appointment so we are sure to have the staff to accommodate everyone.
